Three workflows, end to end

1. Enquiry to test drive

A caller asks about a model on a Saturday morning while every salesperson is on the floor. Mivo answers in Telugu, captures model, variant and preferred branch, holds a 45-minute test-drive slot and creates the enquiry. The sales lead sees it on the pipeline board with the call summary attached and confirms the slot with one tap. The customer gets a WhatsApp confirmation from your number.

2. Service booking and follow-up

A service customer messages “pickup possible tomorrow?” on WhatsApp. The front desk turns the chat into a service ticket with a pickup slot; the service advisor's queue shows it with the vehicle number and last visit. When the job is done, the invoice goes on WhatsApp with a UPI link, and the collected amount shows on the owner's dashboard.

3. Missed calls that are not lost

Calls that ring out after hours are answered by Mivo, logged with a summary, and turned into a follow-up ticket due at 10:30 the next morning in the right branch's queue. The owner sees how many such calls came in and what happened to them.

What the template sets up

Pipeline stages (New, Contacted, Test drive booked, Quote sent, Won or Lost), ticket types for sales follow-up, service and accessories, appointment types for test drives and service pickups, departments per branch, and FAQ starters about timings, locations and documents, which you approve before Mivo uses them.
