Three workflows, end to end

1. Pickup request to dispatched job

A customer calls for a pickup. Mivo takes the addresses, the load and the preferred time, creates the job and the dispatcher assigns it from the team queue. The driver gets it on their phone with a push notification; the customer gets the confirmation on WhatsApp.

2. Shipment status without a call centre

"Where is my shipment?" is the most common call of the day. Mivo answers from the job's latest status and the driver's last update, and only hands over to a person when something is actually late. Delays create a ticket for the dispatcher before the customer calls twice.

3. Quotes, invoices and collections

A move or a contract run is quoted from the job details, converted to a GST invoice on completion and collected on a UPI link. Outstanding amounts per customer sit on the collections screen with the follow-up tasks.

What the template sets up

Job types for pickup, delivery, move and service visit, dispatcher queues per city or hub, driver calendars, a quotes pipeline, ticket types for delay, damage and billing, and FAQ starters about serviceable areas, timings and rates.

A note on calling customers

Status and delivery calls to customers with an active job are service calls under TRAI rules; onemivo records the job and its consent so those calls stay within the rules. Campaign calls go only to people who enquired or opted in, from a registered 140-series number.
