What this notice covers

This notice covers the onemivo.com website and the demo-request and waitlist forms. A separate notice for the onemivo application and its handling of your customers' data will be published before the application accepts customers.

Data we collect on this website

  • Demo and waitlist forms: name, mobile number, business name, team size, industry, city, preferred language, optional work email and message, and the permissions you tick.
  • Technical data: a keyed hash of your IP address and browser identifier, used only to limit abuse of the form. We do not store the raw IP address.
  • Site analytics: page views and button clicks under a random identifier stored in your browser, which rotates every 30 days and is never linked to a form submission or to you. We use no third-party analytics or advertising trackers.

Why we use it

To call or email you back about your request (with your permission), to keep the form free of spam, and to understand which pages are useful. We send WhatsApp messages only if you tick the separate WhatsApp permission, and marketing email only if you tick that permission.

Who receives it

Our email and hosting providers; the current list is available on request from the grievance officer. Lead details go to a company mailbox, never to personal email accounts.

Where it is stored

Primary database in Mumbai (AWS ap-south-1). Backups are kept in the same region and expire after 35 days.

How long we keep it

Demo and waitlist requests: 24 months after the last contact, or earlier on request. Analytics events: 13 months.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, correct it, withdraw a permission, or ask us to delete it, by emailing privacy@onemivo.com or the grievance officer. We respond within 30 days.

Changes

We will post changes here with a new “last updated” date. Each form shows the notice version you agreed to.
