Three workflows, end to end
1. The booking enquiry at check-in time
A guest calls about rooms for the weekend while the front desk has a queue. Mivo answers in Telugu, Hindi or English, gives availability and rates the manager approved, holds a tentative booking on the reservations calendar and sends a WhatsApp with the details and a payment link. Reservations confirm with one tap.
2. Package and itinerary follow-ups
A travel enquiry becomes a pipeline card with the destination, dates and budget. The agent sends the itinerary from WhatsApp, the quote goes out from the same screen, and the advance payment moves the card to Confirmed. Nothing lives in a personal phone.
3. Pickups, timings and requests
"Can you arrange an airport pickup?", "what time is checkout?", "is breakfast included?" are answered from the knowledge base per property; a pickup or room request becomes a ticket for operations with the guest's room number on it.
What the template sets up
A bookings pipeline (Enquiry, Hold, Confirmed, Checked in, Completed, Cancelled), ticket types for housekeeping, pickups and complaints, appointment types for site visits and sales calls, properties as branches, and FAQ starters on rates, timings, inclusions and cancellation.
A note on guest calls
Confirmation and reminder calls for an existing booking are service calls under TRAI rules; onemivo stores the booking and the guest's consent with it, so those calls stay within the rules.
