Three workflows, end to end
1. The enquiry while everyone is at a site
A homeowner calls about a 3BHK interior while the designers are at installations. Mivo answers in Telugu, Hindi or English, captures the flat size, locality and budget band, and books a site visit or a studio meeting on the right designer's calendar. The lead lands in the pipeline with the notes attached.
2. Estimates, approvals and advances
The quote goes out from the enquiry with line items and GST; the client approves on WhatsApp; the advance arrives on a payment link and moves the project to Confirmed. Stage payments are reminders, not phone calls from the accountant.
3. Project updates and snag lists
Each project is a ticket board: measurement, design, procurement, installation, handover. The client's "when is the carpenter coming?" is answered from the project's schedule; a snag reported after handover becomes a ticket with a photo and a due date.
What the template sets up
A projects pipeline (Enquiry, Site visit, Design, Quote sent, Confirmed, In progress, Handed over), ticket types for site work, procurement and snags, appointment types for site visits and studio meetings, and FAQ starters on timelines, materials and payment terms.
A note on calling prospects
Follow-up calls to people who enquired are allowed under TRAI rules only within the enquiry window or with recorded consent; onemivo records the enquiry and its time, and campaign calls go only to those people, from a registered 140-series number.
