This page states the policy that will apply when subscriptions open, so you can evaluate it in advance. It is a proposal pending counsel review and may change before payments start.
Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from the billing page and end at the close of the paid month. Annual subscriptions are billed once for ten months of service covering twelve; cancellation stops renewal and service continues to the end of the paid year.
Onboarding fee
The one-time onboarding fee is refundable in full if you cancel before setup work begins. Once setup has started it is not refundable.
Usage credits
Terms for prepaid usage credits (such as Mivo call minutes), including validity and refunds, are pending legal review and will be published before any credits are sold.
Refund method
Approved refunds are issued as credit notes against future invoices, or to the original payment method where the law requires. GST is adjusted per the credit note.
