Arrange test drive, Nexon EV
Three workflows, end to end
1. Table booking on the first ring
A guest calls at 8 pm while every phone in the restaurant is busy. Mivo answers in Telugu, Hindi or English, takes the party size, time and name, holds the table on the reservations calendar and sends a WhatsApp confirmation from the restaurant number. The host sees the booking the same minute.
2. Party and catering enquiries
"Can you do a birthday for 40 on Saturday?" becomes an enquiry with the date, headcount and budget noted, assigned to the events manager, with a follow-up task due before the guest calls again. Menus and advance payment links go out on WhatsApp; the advance is recorded against the booking.
3. Orders, complaints and delivery queries
"Where is my order?" and "do you have Jain options?" are answered by Mivo from facts the manager approved in the knowledge base: timings, menu highlights, delivery areas, parking. A complaint becomes a ticket for the floor manager with the guest's number attached, never a lost call.
What the template sets up
A reservations calendar per outlet, an events pipeline (Enquiry, Menu sent, Advance paid, Confirmed, Done), ticket types for complaints, delivery issues and vendor calls, shift-aware staff queues, and FAQ starters about timings, menu, delivery areas and parking.
A note on outbound calls
Reminder calls for confirmed bookings are allowed under TRAI rules only with the guest's consent recorded at booking time. onemivo stores that consent with the booking. Campaign calls go only to people who enquired or opted in, from a registered 140-series number.
