For recruitment agencies, staffing firms and placement cells with sourcing, screening and client teams of 20 to 200.

Three workflows, end to end
1. Screening calls at scale
Upload the applicants for a role and Mivo calls them in Telugu, Hindi or English: current location, notice period, expected salary, the two or three questions the client asked for. Every answer is written to the candidate's profile and the role's pipeline; the recruiter opens the shortlist, not a call sheet.
2. Interview slots and reminders
A shortlisted candidate gets an interview slot on the interviewer's calendar and a WhatsApp confirmation; the reminder goes out the evening before, and a no-show is a task for the recruiter the same hour.
3. Client positions and candidate questions
Each open position is a pipeline with its candidates; a candidate who calls to ask "what happened with my interview?" gets the status from the pipeline. The owner sees positions, candidates in process and placements by recruiter.
What the template sets up
A candidate pipeline per position (Applied, Screened, Shortlisted, Interview booked, Offered, Placed), ticket types for client requests and candidate documents, appointment types for interviews, and FAQ starters for candidates on process, documents and timelines.
A note on calling candidates
Calls to applicants are allowed under TRAI rules when the candidate applied or registered with you; onemivo records that basis with each contact, and campaign calls go only to those candidates, from a registered 140-series number.
